Mr Anthony, 62, says he was around five or six years old when Mr Evans purchased the shiny blue car.His grandfather used the vehicle to drive to his job at the steelworks in Port Talbot and take the family out on day trips.Following his grandparents' deaths the motor passed down the generations with Mr Anthony's parents slipping into the driving seat.
Eventually, the vehicle was relegated to the garage as they parents got older and there it remained for eight years. But Mr Anthony has restored it and got it back on the road. He hopes to one day pass it on to his own son, now 20.
